Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee: guest entrances, doors and show times, bag policy, prohibited items, accessibility services and getting there.

Overview

Fiserv Forum is an indoor arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It hosts Milwaukee Bucks games, Marquette Basketball games, concerts, shows and other events.

The main entrance is the Atrium, on the east side of the arena next to the Deer District Plaza at Vel R. Phillips Avenue between Juneau and Highland Avenues. Inside, the Atrium's open space connects to the Ticketmaster Box Office at the north and the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum at the south, and it has accessible access to the arena concourses.

Fiserv Forum does not accept cash transactions at the Ticketmaster Box Office, concession stands or retail locations. Cashless payment options include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Bucks.com and Fiserv Forum gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and prepaid cards. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment in Suites and Club Lounges and are also accepted for in-seat service.

Guests should use the Bucks Mobile App presented by Motorola to access their game tickets. If game tickets were purchased directly through Ticketmaster, guests may also use the Ticketmaster app. Guests attending Marquette Basketball games must use the Marquette Gameday App to access tickets. Screenshots of event tickets are not valid for entry.

The only authorized sources for online Milwaukee Bucks ticket sales are Bucks.com or Ticketmaster.com. For Marquette Basketball, they are Gomarquette.com or Ticketmaster.com. For concerts, shows and other events, the only authorized online source named by the arena is Ticketmaster.com. Tickets bought from an unverified agent may be counterfeit, stolen or otherwise void and may not be valid for admission, and guests assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Ticketmaster or the Milwaukee Bucks. Ticket scalping is prohibited on Deer District property.

Getting there

The official Fiserv Forum pages checked for this guide list the arena's entrances, a parking structure and a drop-off point, but they do not name rail stations, bus routes or transit lines serving the building. Those details are not confirmed in the sources checked.

For drivers and drop-offs, the pages name one location: the Juneau Avenue drop-off near Vel R. Phillips Avenue. It provides the closest access to the BMO East and BMO North entrances.

The Skybridge entrance is connected to the third level of the 5th Street Parking Structure, which is the one structured parking connection the pages describe.

Deer District property has its own rules: ticket scalping is prohibited there, and camping is not permitted on Fiserv Forum and Deer District property.

Entrances and sections

There are five Fiserv Forum guest entrances. Which one you use depends on your event and, for basketball games, on your ticket type.

The Atrium is the main entrance, on the east side of the arena next to the Deer District Plaza at Vel R. Phillips Avenue between Juneau and Highland Avenues. Inside, the Atrium connects to the Ticketmaster Box Office at the north and the Bucks Pro Shop at the south, with accessible access to the arena concourses.

The Skybridge entrance is on the Northwest Main Concourse at Section 114 and connects to the third level of the 5th Street Parking Structure.

The Johnson Controls (JCI) entrance is at the northwest corner of the arena at the intersection of 6th Street and Juneau Avenue.

The BMO North entrance is at the northeast corner of the arena at the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues, directly across from The Trade Hotel. The BMO East entrance is near the same intersection, to the north of the Ticketmaster Box Office and facing the Deer District Plaza.

For Milwaukee Bucks games, the BMO North and BMO East entrances are exclusive or reserved for premium space ticket holders, BMO cardholders and guests needing accessible accommodation, along with their parties. For other events, the designation of both entrances varies, so check the specific event information for entry guidelines. For select concerts and events, additional access points may be used.

On seating levels, guests with tickets for Sections 101 through 122 must access their seats from the Main Concourse. Guests who are not able to use the stairs should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 for seat relocation, pending availability. Guest Services Desks are located at Sections 120 and 212, and there are 7 guest elevators: in the northeast corner by Section 120, the southeast corner by Section 102 and the northwest corner by Section 113.

Guests may only sit in their ticketed seats and must show their tickets when requested.

Food and drink

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive concessionaire of Fiserv Forum, and concession stands and portables are located throughout the arena. Walk-up ordering is available at most concessions stands, portables and bars.

Mobile concessions ordering through the Bucks App is available for most games, concerts, shows and events, allowing guests to place and pay for orders from many concessions stands and bars from their seats. Guests can also order food, beer and other beverages from their seat through the Bucks & Fiserv Forum app, powered by Clover from Fiserv, and receive a text when the order is ready for pickup. The Michelob ULTRA Express Bar lets guests order both beer and cocktails from their seat.

The food and beverage partners listed by the arena are Absolut, Captain Morgan, Cedar Crest, Coca-Cola, Casamigos, Jack Daniel's, Jameson, Red Bull and Sargento Cheese.

Outside food and drink may not be brought into Fiserv Forum, with the exception of medications previously approved by Fiserv Forum.

Alcohol sales are limited to two drinks per guest, per purchase, with a valid government-issued ID. Anyone purchasing alcohol must present a valid personal ID and be at least 21 years old. Alcohol may not be carried into or out of Fiserv Forum. Sales end at the start of the fourth quarter of Milwaukee Bucks games, 10 minutes into the second half of college basketball games, and approximately 30 minutes before the conclusion of concerts, shows or other events. Cutoff times may change without notice at the discretion of Fiserv Forum Management, and no alcohol will be sold to impaired guests, minors or guests without a valid ID. Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and prosecuted. Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks and Levy Restaurants reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol and to change policy without notice.

Accessibility

All entrances to Fiserv Forum are accessible for guests with disabilities and mobility impairments, and accessible seating is available on all seating levels and in all premium spaces. ADA seating platforms are in multiple areas around the arena, and exact locations and availability may vary by event.

For most public, ticketed events, the BMO East and BMO North entrances serve as the arena's dedicated ADA-accessible entry points. The Juneau Avenue drop-off near Vel R. Phillips Avenue provides the closest access to them. For Milwaukee Bucks games, those entrances are also reserved for guests needing accessible accommodation and their parties, along with premium space ticket holders and BMO cardholders.

Guests who require accessible seating may purchase up to three companion seats in the same accessible row, based on availability. Accessible seating areas are designed to accommodate mobility devices, and seating may include removable padded folding chairs to create space for a mobility device, with chairs without armrests possibly available.

Guests may use personal mobility devices including canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs (manual and power) and mobility scooters inside the arena. Guests not seated in designated accessible seating areas must check their devices at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212. Complimentary wheelchair service is available inside the arena for transportation from arena access points to and from seats, on a first-come, first-served basis; wheelchair rental is not available.

A height-adjustable adult changing table is in the Wellness Room on the Main Concourse at Section 113, reached via the Guest Services Desk at Section 120 or Section 212. Fiserv Forum also has seven private Wellness Rooms for nursing mothers, with furniture, electrical outlets, a sink and a changing table, accessed through the Guest Services Desk at Sections 120 or 212 or the Lofts podium at the northeast corner of the Suite Level. Baby changing stations are in most restrooms and in all Wellness Rooms, and restrooms on all levels are fully accessible.

Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter for all public, ticketed events by calling (414) 227-0504 or emailing [email protected] at least two weeks before the event, at no charge. Assistive listening devices and headphones are available for complimentary rental at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse at Section 120. At Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games, public address announcements can be viewed on the video board at the southeast corner of the seating area above Section 103, and real-time closed captioning of Bucks games is available on personal mobile devices from door opening to the end of the game.

OneCourt haptic devices are available only for Milwaukee Bucks games, as complimentary rentals on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Services Desk at Section 120. Sensory Inclusive Bags, provided with KultureCity, are available for complimentary rental during all public, ticketed events. Sensory Rooms, with a TV, carpeted walls, an anxiety-reducing cube and other tools, are on the concourse at Sections 110 and 212.
