Crypto.com Arena: A Visitor Guide to Entrances, Bags, Parking and Access

Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles: entrances, floor and suite levels, bag rules, Metro routes, parking rates and accessibility services.

What to know first

Crypto.com Arena is at 1111 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015, in the L.A. LIVE district downtown. It is an indoor arena, and the venue's pages describe it as a fully cash-free building that accepts debit and credit cards, including contactless and mobile payment.

Capacity depends on the sport. The arena's guide lists 19,079 for basketball and 18,118 for hockey. The pages state that the temperature inside during most events is approximately 75 degrees, and approximately 65 degrees during ice events.

Two rules catch people out before they reach a door. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with a narrow water exception covered below, and the arena does not provide a coat check or storage for personal belongings. Large bags have one option: a rental locker next to the Kobe Bryant Entrance.

SeatCommons keeps this guide alongside its own event listings, so you can read the house rules and then browse what is on at the arena.

Getting there by Metro, bus and rideshare

The arena's pages say the building is blocks from the A and B Lines, without giving a walking distance or time from a station. Several bus options stop nearby: Metro Bus lines 28, 30, 81, 460 and the J Line stop near L.A. LIVE, and DASH Bus Route F has several stops on Figueroa St. adjacent to L.A. LIVE.

Metrolink is named for a weekend pass priced at

0, which the arena's transit page says includes free connections to Metro bus and rail lines that stop nearby. Amtrak passengers must buy a separate ticket to ride the Metro Rail.

If you are being dropped off, ride shares must use the designated drop-off and pick-up areas, and taxis, buses and limousines have their own designated areas. The arena asks guests to obey posted signs, and notes that LAPD will enforce the No Stopping signs posted throughout the district.

Chick Hearn Court (formerly 11th Street) between L.A. Live Way and Figueroa is a No Parking and Tow Away zone, with violators ticketed or towed.

Entrances, levels and finding your seat

Main Entrances are open to all ticketed guests. Three are named on the arena's pages: the Kobe Bryant Entrance at the corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Georgia St., the Star Plaza Entrance at the corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. between the Box Office and Team LA Store, and the Figueroa Entrance at the corner of 12th St. and Figueroa St.

VIP Entrances are only for Private Suite and Premier Seat ticket holders. Star Plaza VIP Entry is at the corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. next to the Team LA Store, and Southwest VIP Entry sits between the 11th Street and Figueroa Entrances, next to the Los Angeles Convention Center. The arena notes that Suite Level guests may use any entrance, but that the VIP Entrances are the only access points to their seats.

Seat location maps onto the building's levels. Event Level holds Floor and General Admission tickets. The Main Concourse at street level holds 100 and 200 level tickets. Suite Level A holds A Suite and PR tickets, Suite Level B holds B Suite tickets and Suite Level C holds C Suites tickets. The Upper Concourse holds 300 level tickets.

General Admission on the floor is standing room only, with no seats. Guests with GA FLR tickets must enter through the Kobe Bryant Entrance at Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Georgia St., and once inside they receive a wristband to access the floor. Standing in aisles and on chairs is prohibited.

One more entrance to know: the Card Member Entrance is accessed at the Kobe Bryant Entrance. That lounge check-in is on the Main Concourse across from aisle M22 next to the Team LA Store. Platinum Card Members may bring one guest per Platinum Card, and Centurion Members up to three guests per Centurion Card, subject to capacity, with guests present at check-in. For sports events the lounge closes right after the event ends; for concerts and family events it closes 30 minutes before the show starts.

Food and drink rules

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. The exception is water: unopened plastic water bottles one liter or smaller are allowed, one per person. Glass or metal bottles and metal cans are strictly prohibited.

The arena states that it offers Kosher and Gluten-free food options, and that Glatt Kosher options are available at most events. Drinking fountains are on the Main Concourse at aisles 6, 9, 17 and 22 and on the Upper Concourse at aisles 5, 16 and 30.

Alcohol rules are worth reading before you order. No alcoholic beverage is served in a container larger than 24 ounces, and there is a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per guest, per purchase, per valid ID. Guests who appear younger than 35 are asked for identification, and it is unlawful for anyone under 21 to consume alcohol. Sales end at the 12:00 minute mark of the fourth quarter at NBA and WNBA events, and at the 10:00 minute mark of the third period at NHL events, or earlier if arena security directs. Alcoholic beverages must be discarded before leaving the building.

Crypto.com Arena is fully cash-free, so bring a card or a mobile payment method.

Accessibility services

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena. Guests buying accessible seating may purchase one accessible seat and three companion seats adjacent to it. All restroom facilities are wheelchair accessible and clearly marked, and elevators access all public areas.

Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts when requested. Escort staff do not stay with a guest during the event and do not allow a guest to remain in the arena wheelchair for the duration of the event. Guests who transfer from a wheelchair or mobility device into a seat must store the device at the Guest Services Center for the duration of the event.

Audio description and sign language interpretation are not assured for every event. The arena asks for at least two weeks advance notice so it can try to accommodate a request.

For guests with sensory needs, the arena has partnered with KultureCity. Sensory bags with KCVIP badges, fidget tools and noise canceling headphones are available at no cost by leaving an ID at Guest Services on the Main Concourse across from Aisle 12 or the Upper Concourse across from Aisle 5. Weighted lap pads are available on the same terms at the same locations. Quiet areas are available inside First Aid on the Main Concourse across from Aisle 3 and on the Upper Concourse across from Aisle 22.

There are five Mamava Lactation Pods: one on the Main Concourse, one on Premium Level A and three on the Upper Concourse. Trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities are allowed and must remain on a leash or in a harness. Guests may bring earplugs and noise canceling ear muffs, and complimentary earplugs are offered at Guest Services Centers.

First Aid offices are on the Main Concourse across from aisle M3 and on the Upper Concourse across from aisle U22.

Parking, prices and drop-off

Crypto.com Arena owned lots hold 3,300 parking spaces. More than 10,000 parking spaces sit within a seven to ten-minute walk of the district, and those lots are privately owned and operated.

Hours differ by lot. LOT W (West Garage) and LOT E (East Garage) are open 6 AM to 2 AM daily, with holiday hours that may vary. LOT 1 and LOT C open two and a half hours before the start of an event. All other lots open 90 minutes before the event and stay staffed 60 minutes after it ends. There is no overnight parking and no in-and-out privilege.

Prices are published for two West Garage options. West Garage event parking at Lot W, Gates E and F, is $40 plus city parking tax, with one validation per vehicle allowed. West Garage at Gate B charges a flat rate depending on the event, from

0 to $50 plus city parking tax, paid on entry for events lasting 3½ hours or more, and Gate B opens 3½ hours before event time.

A digital parking pass must be presented at the gate. Confirmations and receipts on your phone will not be accepted for entry. For advance parking, the arena directs guests to its Events Page.

Oversize vehicles are a separate arrangement. Limousines, buses and RVs should call (213) 765-6815 at least 10 days before the event for a prepaid parking pass, and oversized vehicles are not accepted in LOT 1. The same number handles Parking Services questions. The parking office can also be reached at (213) 742-7275 or [email protected], and separately lists Lot 4 at 966 Georgia Street and Lot 12 at 832 Francisco Street.

Motorcycle parking is in the West Garage on level P1. EV charging stations are in both the West and East Garages, at $3.50 per hour for the first four hours and $4.50 per hour after that. Bicycle parking is on the P1 level of the East Garage at Olympic Blvd. and Francisco St., and on the south side of the arena near the Los Angeles Convention Center at Gilbert Lindsey Plaza. Tailgating is prohibited in all L.A. LIVE and Crypto.com Arena lots.

Ride shares, taxis, buses and limousines must use the designated drop-off and pick-up areas described in the getting there section.

Bags, security and prohibited items

Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5 by 9 by 1 inches are permitted and are subject to security inspection. Medical and parental bags smaller than 14 by 14 by 6 inches must go through X-ray machine security screening.

Guests arriving with larger bags can rent a Binbox Locker next to the Kobe Bryant Entrance, beside the LA Kings Monument, using the Binbox app and its payment platform. Bag check opens an hour before general doors and closes an hour after the event.

Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives and pepper spray, are prohibited, along with any object that could be used to inflict bodily injury or disrupt the event, pointed-tip umbrellas, chemical dispensing devices, noise-making devices, fully inflated basketballs, two-way radios and handcuffs. The arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check weapons at Guest Services.

Cameras are allowed within limits. Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events with cameras that have no interchangeable or telephoto lens. Video and audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses are not permitted at any time. Laptops, personal computers and tablets are not permitted.

Other rules the pages spell out: the arena is smoke-free, including outdoor patios and terraces. Costumes, props, full face masks and face paint are not allowed. Strollers are not permitted in seating sections. Guests may bring personal binoculars to most events.

Re-entry is possible but not quick. Guests who need to leave and return must first find a Guest Services Team Member to have their ticket scanned, then repeat security screening and ticket scanning on the way back in.

Children 3 and older need a ticket and must sit in their ticketed seat. For all sporting events and most concerts, children 2 and younger do not need a ticket but must sit on an adult's lap and may not occupy a seat.

If something goes wrong inside, text the issue and location to 213-616-9950 for Guest Services. Identification wristbands for dependents are available at each Main Entrance and at Guest Services. Lost and Found asks for a description of the item and the date it was lost after an event, with at least 48 hours allowed for a response; unclaimed items are discarded or donated 30 days after they are found.

On tickets, the arena states it assumes no responsibility for tickets not purchased through its Box Office or AXS, and that it cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Doors and start times

Door opening times vary by event, and the arena's FAQ points guests to the specific event page for details. There is no single doors time for the building, so check the page for the event you are attending before you plan your arrival.

Bag check keeps its own schedule tied to doors: it opens an hour before general doors and closes an hour after the event.
