Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to Delta Center in Salt Lake City: doors and entrances, parking lots, bag rules, transit, accessibility services and food ordering.

What Delta Center is and what to know first

Delta Center is an arena in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the official pages describe a venue with six named levels and a set of policies a visitor should know before arriving. SeatCommons lists events at this venue, and the official pages are the place to confirm the details that apply to your show.

The levels are Event Level (Level 1), Club Level (Level 2), Main Level (Level 3), Suite Level (Level 4), Terrace Level (Level 5) and Sky Level (Level 6). Door 5 is the main entrance on the northeast corner of the arena.

One rule to know before you leave home: Delta Center is a cash-free environment for all purchases. Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted, along with mobile payment options such as the digital wallet in the Delta Center, Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth apps and Delta Center Dollars.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available inside the arena by selecting the network titled “JordanPushedOff.”

  • Levels: Event Level (1), Club Level (2), Main Level (3), Suite Level (4), Terrace Level (5), Sky Level (6)
  • Main entrance: Door 5, northeast corner
  • Payments: card and mobile only, no cash
  • Wi-Fi network: “JordanPushedOff”

Getting there: TRAX, drop-off and rideshare

UTA TRAX riders can ride free if they enter and exit TRAX in the Free Fare Downtown Zone. Note the timing: TRAX stops running at 12:00 AM, so plan the ride home around that.

If you are arriving by car, the official pages name a passenger drop-off zone on 300 West. It is designated for ride-share, and due to postgame traffic that area may not be accessible for pick-up.

For Lyft users, the Lyft pickup zone is located in the southeast corner of the arena on 300 W. The official pages also list a code for new Lyft users: DELTACENTER gives 50% off the first 2 rides, up to

0 per ride, subject to Lyft terms.

  • Free TRAX travel applies only if you enter and exit within the Free Fare Downtown Zone
  • TRAX stops running at 12:00 AM
  • Passenger drop-off zone: 300 West, designated for ride-share
  • Lyft pickup zone: southeast corner of the arena on 300 W

Entrances, doors and finding your seat

Door 5 is the main entrance on the northeast corner of the arena, and it is also the only place where bag X-rays are located. Guests parking in several of the lots listed on the official parking page are directed to Door 5, so expect that corner to be busy.

Which door you use can depend on where you park. Park Place, City Creek Mall, Crown Burger and West High guests enter at Door 5. Japanese Church of Christ and Hyatt House guests use Doors 5 and 8. The Gateway mall guests enter at Door 8, and Triad Center guests enter at Door 2.

Inside, the arena is organized by level, from Event Level up to Sky Level, with seats accessed by portal. Elevators are on the Main Level at Portals A, F and T, on the Suite Level at Suites 9, 23 and 51, and on the Terrace Level at Portals AA, GG and TT. Escalators are on the Main Level at Portals D and Y and on the Terrace Level at Portal BB.

Restrooms are located on all levels throughout the arena. Family restrooms are on the Main Level at Portals G and T, on the Terrace Level at Portals CC and QQ, and on the Club Level at Toyota Club. A First Aid Station is on the Main Level near Portal L.

  • Door 5: main entrance, northeast corner, only bag X-ray location

Food, drink and ordering

Food and beverage orders can be placed through the Delta Center, Utah Jazz or Utah Mammoth apps, through QR codes near concession locations, or at self-service kiosks around the arena. Kiosks are in the atrium inside the main entry, near Portals D, F, J, L, R, T, W and Y on the main concourse, and at Portals DD, GG, JJ, LL, RR, TT, WW and YY on the upper concourse.

Buying a drink has its own set of rules. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by guests who are at least 21 years old with proper legal identification, and all guests who appear younger than 35 will be asked to show positive identification first. A maximum of two alcoholic beverages may be sold to each guest, per purchase, per valid ID, and drinks will not be served in containers larger than 25 ounces.

Ordering alcohol is currently unavailable through mobile ordering. Purchase requires ordering in person with a valid ID at select locations throughout Delta Center. Guests with 50% or more of their face painted may not be served alcohol, and guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting.

Sale cutoffs depend on the event. During Utah Jazz home games, alcohol sales cease at the end of the third quarter. During Utah Mammoth home games, they cease after the third period puck drop. For all other events, sales cease approximately 60 minutes prior to the end of the event.

Outside alcohol may not be brought into any event at Delta Center.

  • Order via the apps, QR codes near concessions, or self-service kiosks
  • Alcohol: 21+, ID required, two drinks per purchase per valid ID, 25 ounce container limit
