Getting there
Guests are encouraged to take public transportation, which includes bus, Light Rail and the Seattle Center Monorail. Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center are serviced by extensive bus service routes.
All guests receive a free public transit pass alongside their ticket for every publicly ticketed event at the arena. The pass is available for use two hours before doors open and two hours after the event, and it also works on the Seattle Center Monorail.
The Seattle Center Monorail is a 90-second ride between downtown Seattle and Seattle Center, and from the Seattle Center station it is just a short walk to the arena. The Monorail accepts ORCA cards, credit and debit cards, and contactless payment.
If you are flying in, SEA Airport is located 15 miles south of Climate Pledge Arena. The airport route on the arena's page is a Light Rail ride from the Airport Station to Westlake Station and then a quick transfer on to the Monorail. Traveling by car via I-5, the arena's page says to plan for about 40 minutes without major traffic delays.

Entrances and sections
Enter through the entrance listed on your event ticket. The arena says this provides the best route to your seat. The entrance names below are the ones the official pages use.
The Alaska Airlines Atrium entry doors are all accessible to guests with disabilities. One lane at each of Alaska Airlines Entry 1 and Alaska Airlines Entry 8 is designated for guests with disabilities. Guests with accessibility needs and tickets to American Express Hall can enter through Entry 3 on the NW side of the Arena.
Guests with General Admission floor tickets may begin lining up at American Express Hall Entry 4 on the West Plaza no earlier than 8:00 AM on the day of the show. American Express Hall Entry 3 is available for guests with accessibility needs. Whether numbered wristbands are honored depends on the specific event, so check the show specific FAQ page. For events without a numbering system, saving a place in line for guests who did not originally arrive with your party risks those guests being asked to join the back of the line. Chairs, blankets or items left on the plaza after guests enter will be cleared and not held for pick-up.
Inside, the building is served by ten elevators available to ticket holders and guests with disabilities. All elevators access the Event Level, Suite Level and Main Concourse, and all except elevator P8 in the Southwest corner access the Upper Concourse. Four escalators are available in the Alaska Airlines Atrium. The escalators on the East and West are express escalators from the Upper Concourse to the Main Concourse. Club, Suite and Premium ticket holders can use the center Atrium escalators from the Upper Concourse to the PitchBook Suite Level, and additional escalators connect the PitchBook Suite Level to the WaFd and Symetra Clubs.
For level-specific elevators: guests with Space Needle Lounge tickets should use the elevators in the Southeast and Southwest corners of the building, except elevator P8. Guests with Press Bridge or Summit tickets should use elevator P5 in the South West corner or elevator P9 in the North West corner.
Animal relief areas can be accessed by exiting through Alaska Airlines Entry 8 on the Upper Concourse. Guest Services desks are on the Main Concourse near Section 24 and in the Alaska Airlines Atrium on the Upper Concourse by the stairs and escalators on the West side.
Food and drink
Climate Pledge Arena works with food and beverage partner Delaware North. The arena aims for 75% of food ingredients to come from within a 300-mile radius, uses no single-use plastics, and makes all materials recyclable or compostable.
Climate Pledge Arena is currently participating in a pilot program with the Liquor & Cannabis Board that allows guests to move freely around the arena with mixed drinks. Marketplaces, clubs and lounges offering availability varies by event and is subject to change without notice.
Four food and beverage stores are equipped with Amazon's Just Walk Out technology. Guests enter one of these stores by inserting their credit card at the entry gates, and the card is charged for the items taken after they leave.
On what you can bring: outside alcohol, food and beverage are prohibited. Reusable non-glass water bottles are permitted, must be no larger than 32oz, and must be empty upon entry. For certain events, personal water bottles may not be permitted on the floor.
Because the arena is cashless, bring a card or a phone. A reverse ATM is located at the South East corner of the Main Concourse by Section 04 outside the elevators, and guests can load a maximum of $500 to a card. A card cannot be reloaded. WaFd Bank ATMs are available on the Main Concourse by Section 11 and on the Upper Concourse by the South East elevators. Water fountains with bottle refill stations are on the Event Level in each corner by the elevators, on the Main Concourse in each corner by the elevators, on the Suite Level in the NE, NW, SE and SW corners, on the Upper Concourse on the south side near the restrooms and near Sections 116 and 126, and in the Space Needle Lounge East Corner.
Accessibility
Climate Pledge Arena has wheelchair and low mobility seating available on all levels. Accessible seating is available to purchase on Ticketmaster.com by filtering seating options to select "Show accessible tickets."
Semi-ambulatory seats require navigating 1 to 3 steps up or down to access the seat and are often located on or near an aisleway. Platforms 101W and 120W are enclosed by fully glass barriers. All other accessible seating platforms (02W, 07W, 13W, 22W, 111W, 112W, 116W, 117W, 124W and 125W) are enclosed by metal barriers and include a narrow countertop where guests can place their items. Guests ticketed for any of these platforms who do not use a mobility device will be provided with cushioned folding chairs.
All parking garages on campus have ADA accessible parking spaces, and the closest ADA parking is in the Arena Garage and the 1st Ave N Garage. Specific spaces, including accessible parking spaces, cannot be reserved when purchasing a parking pass.
Assistive Listening Devices are complimentary for all Arena events and can be checked out at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse near Section 24. For every sporting event, all integral game information is captioned on the North and South main video boards. For other events, guests may request captioning by contacting Guest Services at [email protected] at least 10 days in advance of the ticketed event. Interpreting services require advance notice of at least ten business days prior to the scheduled event date, and requests made with less notice cannot be assured.
Complimentary sensory bags containing fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, feeling thermometer cards and identification cards are available for checkout at all Guest Services desk locations. A Sensory Room is located on the North East side of the PitchBook Suite Level.
Service animals as defined by the ADA must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability rather than the aisle. Arena wheelchairs cannot be left with guests during the event, and that service cannot stop at merchandise, restrooms or concessions.
All restrooms are accessible and have changing tables. All-Gender and Family Restrooms are available on the Event Level (LL4) NE and NW Vomitories, the Main Concourse (LL2) NE, SW and SE Corner, the Suite Level (LL1) near Section 118, and the Upper Concourse (1) near Section 214 and Section 201. Two adult changing tables are offered in First Aid rooms on the Main Concourse (LL2) nearest Section 17 and the Upper Concourse (1) nearest Section 211. The Virginia Mason Nursing Parents Room is on the South West side of the Main Concourse, and the Mamava Nursing Pod is on the North East side of the Main Concourse near Guest Services. First Aid rooms are at the Main Concourse (LL2) NW Corner and the Upper Concourse (1) SW Corner, and trained EMTs are on site and can respond to any location in the arena.
