Bag policy, prohibited items and re-entry
AT&T Stadium enforces a Clear Bag Policy to ensure safety and streamline entry. All bags are subject to inspection on entry and may be subject to additional inspection inside the stadium.
Approved bags are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC totes no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches; one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar); and small, one-compartment clutch bags with or without a handle or strap no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Prohibited bags include all purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch, backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, cinch bags, computer bags, coolers, fanny packs, luggage of any kind and seat cushions.
An exception is made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for that purpose. Guests with non-compliant bags can check belongings for a fee into a secure storage area provided by The Mobile Locker Company; for Cowboys games, storage areas are in Silver Lot 5 and Blue Lot 9.
Bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind are not allowed in. Compact still cameras are permitted as long as their use does not interfere with the event or other guests' enjoyment. Video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks and cameras with a lens longer than 3 inches, detachable or not, are prohibited. Drones and other unmanned or remote controlled aircraft are prohibited at the stadium and in its surrounding parking areas.
Signs must be handheld by one individual, event-related, in good taste and not obstruct another guest's view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung from stadium structures. Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium and permitted only in designated areas outside: Miller Lite House and AT&T East Plaza, at least 50 feet from the stadium entrance, and outside Entries A, E, F and K at least 50 feet from the doorways for club and suite guests only.
Strollers are permitted, but their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block aisles. Smaller umbrella-style strollers can be stored under a seat if they create no obstruction for other guests, and larger strollers can be checked at the concierge desk inside Entry E or K.
For some events, re-entry is permitted. The guest must exit through a designated EXIT gate and have the event ticket scanned out to be readmitted. Guests who leave without having their ticket scanned out will not be permitted to re-enter on the same ticket, and guests re-entering must go through the security search process a second time.
The Code of Conduct is enforced for all events and applies to the stadium, the outdoor plazas and the stadium parking lots. Ticket scalping or the sale of tickets at any price on stadium property is listed among behaviors that may result in ejection. Footballs that enter the seating area during pregame and warm-up must be returned to the field; for NFL games, balls that enter the seating area during regular game play may be kept by guests.
Lost items are held in a locked storage area for 60 days, then disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization.
