A practical guide to American Airlines Center in Dallas: DART and TRE routes, entrances, parking lots, bag policy, accessibility and door times.
What American Airlines Center is
American Airlines Center is located at 2500 Victory Ave., Dallas, TX 75219. That address is the first thing to put in your phone before you head out.
The arena hosts Dallas Mavericks games, Dallas Stars games, concerts and other events. The venue's own pages lay out the entrances, parking, bag rules and accessibility services covered in this guide, and SeatCommons is where you can see what is coming up at the building.
DART, TRE, buses and drop-off points
Victory Station is the rail stop for the arena. DART Green and Orange line trains serve Victory Station at regularly scheduled times, seven days a week, according to the venue's parking page, and the public transportation page confirms both lines run regular service to Victory Station every day of the week.
If you are coming in on a Red or Blue line train, ride to West End Station and transfer to a Green or Orange line train. Just prior to arena events, some Red and Blue line trains run directly to Victory Station, and when they do, the train's overhead destination sign reads "Victory Station."
TRE trains operate on Platforms 3 and 4, and Victory Station is a regular stop on the TRE route. Trains serve Victory Station six days a week, with extended service hours to both Fort Worth and Dallas. There is no scheduled TRE service on Sundays.
DART Bus Route 49 runs seven days a week. Board at Rosa Parks Plaza at Elm and Lamar, near West End Station, and ride to the Houston @ Payne stop, then walk across the street to the east arena entrance. After an event, Route 49 boards on Victory Avenue adjacent to Victory Station and rides back to Lamar and Pacific.
For drop-off and pick-up, non-bus and non-limo vehicles use All-Star Way. PNC Plaza also serves as a drop-off and pick-up area for limousines, buses and cars, and vehicles are not permitted to park there.
