Little Caesars Arena: A Visitor's Guide to Entrances, Bags, Parking and More

Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to Little Caesars Arena in Detroit: the four main entries, levels and portals, bag rules, parking and rideshare zones, accessibility and door times.

What to know before you go

Little Caesars Arena is an indoor venue in Detroit, Michigan. The arena seats around 20,000 for hockey games, 21,000 for basketball, and seating options vary for all other events.

It has seven levels, two of which are the main concourses: the Street Level Concourse and the Upper Concourse. The full list is EL (Event Level), CL (Club Level), 1 (Street Level Concourse), 2 (Blue Cross Suites), 3 (Upper Concourse), 4 (Labatt Blue Club) and 5 (Michigan First Gondolas).

The first things to sort out are the entry you will use, what you can carry in, and where you will park. SeatCommons lists events at the arena, and browsing there is a reasonable starting point for planning a visit.

Getting there and drop-off points

The official pages name rideshare and accessible drop-off areas but do not list rail stations, bus routes or walking routes from a transit stop. Those details are not confirmed in the sources checked.

Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is on the westbound Fisher Service Drive next to the UWM Garage. The pick-up and drop-off area is on Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward Ave. After an event, guests are directed to exit through the Fifth Third Entry SE and head to the corner of Woodward and Fisher St., where Uber and Lyft vehicles meet them on Fisher Service Drive, west of Woodward.

Lyft is named as the Official Rideshare Partner of Little Caesars Arena. The venue page also lists a code, LCALYFT, for new Lyft users: 50 percent off the first 2 rides, up to

0 per ride, subject to Lyft Terms.

For guests who need a step-free vehicle drop-off, accessible drop-off and pick-up areas are located off the westbound Fisher Service Drive next to the UWM Garage and at the corner of Temple St. and Park Ave.

Entrances, levels and finding your seat

There are four main entrances to the arena, all street-level entries from Downtown Detroit with direct access to the Street Level Concourse. All entries are accessible entries.

The named main entries are the North West Entry on Sproat St. just west of Woodward Ave.; the Chevrolet Entry North East on Woodward Ave. and Sproat St.; the Fifth Third SE entry at Woodward Ave. and Henry St.; and the Meijer Entry South West at Henry St. and Park St.

A VIP Bridge and Tunnel from the Trinity Health Garage provides access into the Blue Cross Lounge, Rehmann Club and Fifth Third Players Club. Access through the Skybridge and Tunnel depends on the event: for Red Wings games, standard ticket holders can use it and will be directed toward the concourse, while for Pistons games and concerts standard ticket holders cannot use it and must use a main entry.

Inside, there are 82 PORTALS. Each one is a unique entry point that leads, in most instances, to two seating sections, one to the left and one to the right. Street Level Concourse portals are numbered 1 to 20, Upper Concourse portals 21 to 72, Labatt Blue Club portals 73 to 77, and Michigan First Gondolas portals 78 to 82. Blue Cross Suites and the UWM Legends Club do not have portals.

Seat numbering is consistent: looking toward the playing surface, seats are numbered clockwise, with Seat 1 the first seat at the right end of the row. Escalators in the northeast, southeast and southwest corners connect the Street Level Concourse to the Upper Concourse, and stairways at all four corners reach the upper levels. A stairway from the Street Level Concourse to the Blue Cross Suite Level is at portals 10 and 15. There are 10 publicly accessible elevators near the four main entries.

If you use what3words, the venue lists addresses for the entrances: Chevrolet Entrance (North East) is ///Given.Frogs.Combining, Comerica Entrance (South East) is ///Visit.Zones.Habit, Google Entrance (South) is ///Drum.Light.Flat, Huntington Entrance (North West) is ///Career.Recall.Enjoyable and Meijer Entrance (South West) is ///Call.Lime.Cooks. The XFINITY Box Office is ///Dogs.Spins.Policy.
