Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to the Kia Forum in Inglewood: address, rideshare and drop-offs, parking rules, bag sizes, prohibited items, food, accessibility and tickets.

What the Kia Forum is and where to find it

The Kia Forum is an arena at 3900 W Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, CA. The venue's own pages describe an outdoor terrace that surrounds the building, where guests can gather before events once their ticket has been scanned.

Two things to know before you go: the venue is cashless, with all major credit, debit and mobile payments accepted throughout, and every ticket is mobile. Screenshots and printouts are not accepted at the door.

The Box Office is open on Fridays from 12pm to 6pm. On the day of a show it opens at 12pm and stays open through the start of the show.

Getting there: rideshare, drop-offs and transit

The Kia Forum's pages encourage carpooling, ride-sharing and public transportation, and name Lyft as the Official Rideshare Partner of the Kia Forum.

Drop-offs are permitted at all entrances, so you can be set down at the entrance closest to your route rather than walking the full perimeter.

The venue's published pages do not name specific rail stations, bus routes or walking routes from a transit stop. Check your transit operator's own trip planner for those details.

Entrances, levels and finding your seat

The terrace is an outdoor space that surrounds the venue, and guests can enter it upon scanning their ticket. Food and drinks are available for purchase at every show, including a Grab & Go stop on the northeast side of the terrace.

The published pages name one interior landmark for orientation: the First Aid Office sits on the East Concourse across from Section 227-228. Section numbers follow that concourse pattern, so the East Concourse is a useful reference point when you arrive.

The venue's pages do not list a gate-by-gate breakdown of entrances or an accessible entrance, and they do not describe the seating levels. Ask a staff member at any entrance if you are unsure where your section is.

Food and drink inside the Kia Forum

Food and drinks are available for purchase at every show. Local names on the menu include Carney's and Papa Cantella's Hot Dogs, and the bar list includes Casamigos Tequila, Ketel One Vodka and Jack Daniel's.

Two checkout-free stores let guests grab snacks, hot food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages without waiting in line. If you are buying alcohol there, you will need to show your ID to a store attendant for age verification.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with one exception: a factory sealed water bottle no larger than 20 oz. Glass, cans, aluminum bottles, flasks and coolers are not allowed inside.

Alcohol sales are limited to up to two alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction. Guests who appear to be forty years of age or younger must present valid ID with proof of age to buy alcohol, and altered or expired identification is not accepted.

Expect screening. The Kia Forum uses walk-through metal detectors, metal detecting hand wands and other security devices, and all bags are subject to search prior to entry, including x-ray screening.

Leave these at home: weapons, firearms, knives, brass knuckles and pepper spray; alcohol and unlawful drugs; video cameras, recording devices and GoPros; professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses; tripods, monopods and selfie sticks; laptops, computers and tablets; poster tubes; hoverboards and skateboards; noise-making devices; two-way radios; spare batteries; and metal chain wallets.

Non-professional or disposable cameras are allowed, though photography may be completely prohibited at some events. Signs and banners larger than 11 by 17 are not permitted, and any sign, flag or display not related to the event is not allowed. The prohibited items list is subject to change and may vary by show.

A few conduct notes: do not stand on seats or any other building structure, and do not block the aisles. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. Only service animals are permitted inside. Smoking areas are designated on the outside terrace.

Events are all ages unless noted, and everyone must have a ticket to enter, regardless of age. Age restricted events require a valid government issued ID for entry. The published pages do not state a re-entry policy; ask staff at the door if you need to step out.
