Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas: entrances, sections, bag rules, bag check, parking, rideshare, transit, accessibility and show times.

Overview

T-Mobile Arena sits at 3780 South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109, and the official venue pages cover the details a visitor needs before a show: where the doors are, how levels are laid out, what you can carry in and how to arrive.

The Main Entrance is on the northeast side of the building facing Toshiba Plaza, across from Park MGM and behind New York-New York Hotel Casino. The Box Office is on the East side of the arena facing Toshiba Plaza.

The arena has seven levels: Event Level (ground level), Mezzanine Level, Main Concourse Level, City National Bank Suite Level, Allegiant Flight Deck Level, Upper Concourse Level, and Tower Level/Hyde Lounge on the seventh level. Not all levels will be open for all events.

Seating capacities listed by the venue are 20,000 for Boxing/UFC, 12,000 to 18,000 for an end stage concert, 19,500 to 20,000 for a center stage concert, 17,500 for hockey and 19,000 for basketball. Seats vary in width, between approximately 18 inches and 22 inches.

Paramount+ Plaza is the area just outside the arena's Main Doors, and the venue describes it as two acres of entertainment space connecting to The Park, New York-New York and Park MGM for dining and entertainment before and after an event. Free Wi-Fi access is available to all guests at arena events.

Getting There

The official pages name several ways in and give specific drop-off and pick-up points. Taxis and rideshare services can drop off at the East Suite Entrance, and pick-up after events is located at New York-New York or Park MGM. The parking page separately states that rideshare drop-off is at the ground level of the New York-New York parking garage, with pick-up at the nearest casino property (New York-New York or Park MGM).

Partner limousines and black cars can drop off under the porte-cocheres on both the east and west sides of the arena. Buses and shuttles must pre-arrange pick-up and drop-off locations with arena management before events.

For public transit, the pages list the Las Vegas Monorail as offering service to the arena and the RTC's VGK Express routes, four of them from different locations across the valley at $2 each way. Guests can check with the RTCSNV at www.rtcsnv.com for the most up to date public transportation information. The pages do not state a station name, bus stop or walking time from a transit stop.

Nearby properties listed for walking include New York-New York, ARIA, Park MGM and Excalibur. The pages do not give walking distances or journey times, so plan your route before you set out.

Entrances and Sections

Where you enter depends on your ticket. The Main Entrance is on the northeast side facing Toshiba Plaza. The T-Mobile Fast Pass Entrance is at the Main Entrance, at the first door to the right side opposite the Box Office. Dash Pass expedited entry is at the West Suite Entrance, off Park Avenue.

VIP entrances are on both the East and West sides of the arena, and Club and Event Membership ticket holders may use them. Suite Holders can use the Suite Lobbies on both the East and West sides, and guests need a Premium Level ticket to access those entrances. Suite Level access can also be found via the bridge on the fourth level of the New York-New York Hotel Casino parking garage.

Once inside, seating follows the venue's seven levels, though not all levels will be open for all events. Guests should follow the directions of the usher in their section to their assigned ticketed seat, and aisles must be kept clear at all times.

Some events sell Standing Room Only tickets, including but not limited to General Admission Floor and Allegiant Flight Deck tickets, which do not include a seat. The General Admission area is on the floor of the arena and is standing room only, with no seats. Guests with GA Floor tickets receive a wristband after entering and are directed to aisles with floor access; the venue encourages guests arriving early to line up no earlier than 4 p.m.

The arena also has Loge boxes sized to fit four to six guests, and eight bunker suites, four on each side beneath the lower bowl next to the athletes' entrance, at 700 square feet each with a private bar and restroom. The official pages do not publish a section-by-section seat map, so check your ticket for your exact section and row.

Food and Drink

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the arena, and menu options are subject to change and may differ from event to event. Food options the pages name with locations include Shake Shack by Section 20, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop by Section 12, GHOST TO GO on the Upper Concourse at Section 212, Surfside Surf Shop on the Main Concourse at Section 13 and Sandbagger on the Main Concourse at Section 9. The 1997, offering signature cocktails, frozen cocktails and beer, is by Section 214.

Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts and clubs throughout the arena, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase alcohol. The Tower Club, Stella Artois Loft and Tower Club East Loft, all on the fifth floor, are open to all guests except during private events and welcome guests aged 21 and above. The Bud Light Lounge on the west side of the Main Concourse is a premium area for Event Level Club, Club, Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box guests, while Ghost Lounge is on the east side of the Main Concourse and Goose Island Lounge is on the north side of the Suite Level behind the Loge Seats. The 1997 is on the Upper Concourse and accessible to all guests.

Kosher food selections are not available inside the arena at this time. All concession stands and bars are fully accessible to guests with disabilities. The pages do not publish prices for food or drink.
