Accessible parking spaces are available throughout Reliant Park on a first come, first served basis and are intended for vehicles with a proper state-issued placard or license plate in addition to the Reliant Park paid parking pass. The designated Mobility Drop-Off Area is at Blue Lot 19, entering Gate 9 at the corner of Kirby and Westridge, before the start of stadium events. Post-event mobility pick-up at the Blue Lot will not be available until vehicle traffic has cleared and parking lot egress is substantially complete, which may take up to 45 to 60 minutes after the event ends.
A dedicated Mobility Assistance team helps guests to and from their seats using Reliant Park wheelchairs, but this service is not available outside the ticket gates or in the parking lots. Golf carts on property are for employee operations only and are not equipped or rated for guest transportation. Manual and motorized wheelchairs, four-wheeled mobility scooters and other mobility aides used as mobility devices are permitted.
Reliant Arena has two platform lifts at Sections 102 and 104, staffed during events, serving the arena's accessible seating areas. Reliant Park also offers 100 percent accessible METRO service, and guests with disabilities can use METROLift paratransit.
Reliant Park has partnered with KultureCity to make the stadium and its events sensory inclusive. Sensory bags can be checked out with a valid ID at Guest Experience booths in Reliant Stadium at sections 113, 133, 319, 346, 517 and 543. The Sensory Room is near the elevators at section 133, across from the Guest Experience booth, and guests may use it for 15 minutes and request to stay longer if needed.

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices are strictly prohibited inside the stadium and within 25 feet of all entrances and exits. Designated smoking areas are outside on the Service Level, on the Field Level terraces, and on the Club Level and Upper Level ramps.

Reliant Stadium has a zero tolerance policy for dangerous, aggressive or violent actions by guests, and any guest acting in that manner will be immediately ejected. Certain areas are restricted and require an official credential or ticket.
Tailgating has its own rules. Music should be kept to a minimum, and golf carts, bikes and scooters are strictly prohibited during tailgating. Open flames are allowed but must be extinguished before entering Reliant Stadium, all tents and chairs must be put away before kickoff for safety, and large balloons are not permitted as decoration. Each valid parking receipt or hangtag is good for one 8 by 16 foot parking spot, and RVs must purchase a minimum of two spots and park in designated RV areas in each lot. Overnight parking is not allowed unless authorized by management.
