Mercedes-Benz Stadium: A Visitor's Guide to Getting In, Around and Home

Updated Oct 28, 2026

A practical guide to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta: MARTA stations and fares, gates and accessible entries, bag policy, rideshare zones and parking.

Overview

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is at 1 AMB Drive, Atlanta, GA 30313, and the venue's main phone number is (470) 341-5000. Those two details, plus the gate, transit and policy information below, are the first things to have on hand before a visit.

The stadium is served by two MARTA rail stops, and its entrances, parking decks and rideshare zones are spread across different sides of the building. Knowing which gate your ticket calls for, and which station or lot puts you closest to it, saves the most time.

  • Nearest rail stops named by the venue: SEC District and Vine City

Getting There: MARTA, the A-Line and Drop-Off

MARTA, the city's rail and bus system, has two stops near the stadium: SEC District and Vine City stations. The venue describes SEC District Station (formerly GWCC/CNN Center) as the preferred stop, located right at the doorstep of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and says it works well for both arrival and departure. MARTA costs $2.50 each way, according to the venue's transportation page.

The better Breeze system lets riders skip the vending machine line by using tap to pay.

The MARTA Rapid A-Line also reaches the stadium. Riders exit at South Downtown and take a short walk to the stadium. The A-Line is a 5-mile roundtrip connecting Downtown Atlanta with the Capitol Gateway, Summerhill, Peoplestown and the Atlanta BeltLine, and A-Line riders can connect to MARTA's rail system at Five Points, Georgia State and Garnett Stations.

If you are being dropped off by rideshare, the venue names Zone 1 at GWCC Bus Lane C on Northside Drive as a rideshare location, approximately a 10-minute walk from the stadium. Zone 2 is described as best for guests exiting Gates 2 through 4. If waits at Zone 2 run long, the closest MARTA station for an expedited departure is Garnett Station on the Red and Gold Line; if waits at Zone 1 run long, the closest station is Vine City Station on the Blue and Green Line.

Fetii, a group shuttle service the venue lists, stages buses for pickup on 17 ½ Street at Atlantic Station. Fans using that service are told to enter the Atlantic Station parking garage via the State Street entrance and park near stairwells 10, 15 and 16. The Fetii Gameday Shuttle is available for Falcons games only, with shuttles departing Atlantic Station starting two hours before kickoff and ending at kickoff in staggered departures, and the last shuttle leaving the stadium 90 minutes after the game. The venue states that this shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.

For cyclists, a bike valet sits between Gates 3 and 4. It is free, is provided in partnership with the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition for Atlanta Falcons games and Atlanta United matches, and is available starting two hours before the event and one hour after each event. Electric bikes, scooters, e-scooters and skateboards are accepted at the Bike Valet location, but larger equipment such as mopeds is not permitted.
